Use this chart to help figure out when is the best time to start your Hypnobabies classes.

    Ideal time to begin classes.
                       
    A little early (unless you are "due" at the beginning of your guess month), but if this is more comfortable for you it will work. Keep in mind that you will need to keep practicing every day until the baby is born.
                       
    A little late (unless you're "due" at the end of your guess month), but if you are diligent with your practice you will reap the benefits. You must begin by 34 weeks. If you are less than 6 weeks away from your due date, contact Hypnobabies at 714-952-2229 for the Joyful Birthing set which is designed for mothers more than 34 weeks pregnant.
