Classes are held in Provo (only 5 minutes off of I-15 and 1 minute off of State St./Hwy 89). Each class is 3 hours long (and we may occasionally go over if there are a lot of questions!) and each class series runs for 6 weeks.

Contact me to enroll and save your spot! Classes tend to fill up early! I can only take a maximum of five pregnant moms per class. When is the best time to start? Click here!

Hypnobabies Group Class Reunion Schedule

Yes! I am hosting Hypnobabies class reunions for my students!  These informal open houses provide a forum for past hypno-moms and dads to come show off their new babies and talk about their birth experiences. Pregnant moms (and their birth partners) are invited to attend so that they can ask questions of experienced hypno-moms.

  • Please RSVP by contacting me so I know how many to expect.
  • Please bring a food item to share (whatever you feel like bringing).
  • Of course your new hypno-babies are welcome!  Please make other arrangements for older children.  I hope to see you there!

I would be honored if any of my students would allow me to share their written birth stories (with or without photos) on my testimonials page.

  • Wednesday, March 24, 2010 (September and October 2009 classes) from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m.  Please RSVP by contacting me. Please bring a food item to share.
  • Wednesday, April 21, 2010 (January 2010 classes) from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m.  Please RSVP by contacting me. Please bring a food item to share.
