Welcome! My name is Laura Lund. I am a doula (not currently attending births) and childbirth educator specializing in hypnosis for childbirth. I've been teaching hypnosis for childbirth classes since 2004. I taught HypnoBirthing® the Mongan Method from 2004 - 2006. I certified in Hypnobabies® in 2006 and am very happy teaching Hypnobabies® childbirth education classes. What makes Hypnobabies® different? Click here! What Hypnobabies® Has to Offer:

  • Complete childbirth education (6 weeks, 18 hours), including information on nutrition and consumer issues.

  • More materials! Each Hypnobabies® student receives 7 hypnosis CDs, the Workbook, a detailed hand-out on how to avoid back labor, a CD for the Birth Partner, the Quick Reference Guide for Labor, the Birth Partner’s Guide, 5 scripts on paper, multiple hand-outs, and a perineal massage booklet.

  • A birth rehearsal in class 6 to really boost your confidence on how to use the Hypnobabies® techniques during labor.

  • Eyes open hypnosis techniques that allow you to remain completely comfortable as you move around and talk during labor.

  • Hypno-anesthesia techniques that allow you to easily remain truly comfortable during your birthing time.

Group Class Schedule

Group classes are held in Provo, UT and run for 6 weeks. Classes fill up early! Class size is limited to 5 couples maximum.
